Your layout, explained
Your private bathroom is outside the sleeping room, a few steps away. Its shower has no hot water. Your double bed is in the loft, reached by stairs or a ladder.
Your reservation includes Casita 3 and its assigned bathroom. A shared hot-water shower is available in the Main Beach House’s ground-floor bathroom. Other accommodation interiors are not included.

A partial-property reservation makes only your named accommodation private. Other rentals may be occupied by other guests, and the pool, main kitchen, refrigerator, parking and beach access may be shared. Only Total Property guarantees one vacation-rental guest group in the guest areas; the on-site caretaker remains in separate private quarters.

A/C, Cable TV, one double loft bed and your designated private bathroom. Access to the shared pool, main kitchen, refrigerator and common outdoor spaces.
Plan for the access
Loft users must be comfortable climbing. A resident dog may be seen in outdoor/common areas. Children and non-swimmers need adult supervision around the pool and ocean. Parking is shared, with three gated spaces for the entire property. Free, unreserved street parking is also available; street-space count and oversized-vehicle fit are not guaranteed.
A little clarity makes a better stay.
Check-in is at 1 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. Only registered guests may enter. No day passes, outside visitors, parties or events.
A resident dog lives on the property. Include every approved pet in the reservation. The fee is $40 USD per pet per stay for all rentals, with no nightly multiplier. One pet is $40; two pets are $80; no pets means no pet fee. Check the pet count and fee in the final quote before paying.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day (local property time) and apply to this partial-property reservation. Common areas may be shared with other guests; keep noise low and respect their rest.

There are exterior/common outdoor security cameras. No cameras are in bedrooms, casitas, bathrooms or other private indoor areas.

Is the bathroom inside the room?
No. The designated private bathroom has an exterior entrance a few steps from the sleeping room.
Does the casita have hot water?
Its private shower does not have hot water. You can use the shared hot-water shower in the Main Beach House’s ground-floor bathroom.
Is the pool private?
The pool and other common areas may be shared with guests staying in other accommodations.
Can I avoid climbing to the bed?
Casita 3’s double bed is in the loft. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs or a ladder. Ask about another option if that does not suit your needs.
