Open original floor planThe main kitchen and full-size refrigerator are on the ground floor, along with a shared bathroom with a hot-water shower. The private Main Bedroom, king bed, hot-water bathroom and balcony are upstairs. Its open staircase has no separating door and is not a private entrance.
There are three gated parking spaces for the entire property, plus free, unreserved street parking. The pool, beach access and guest common areas may be shared on partial reservations.
A partial-property reservation makes only your named accommodation private. Other rentals may be occupied by other guests, and the pool, main kitchen, refrigerator, parking and beach access may be shared. Only Total Property guarantees one vacation-rental guest group in the guest areas; the on-site caretaker remains in separate private quarters.
Caretaker quarters and private service or storage spaces are excluded from guest reservations. The guide does not establish step-free or wheelchair access. Ask about your specific access needs before booking.
Total Property has a public standard capacity of 12 registered guests, including adults and children. Review its sleeping arrangements and access details before choosing your stay. Ask about a specific larger-group request with your dates and total guest count.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day (local property time) and apply to Casita 1, Casita 2, Casita 3, Casitas 1 and 2, and Main Bedroom reservations because common areas may be shared. Keep noise low and respect other guests’ rest. Booking both casitas does not reserve the entire property.
Total Property has no fixed quiet-hours policy. Respectful ordinary celebrations and music are allowed among the registered group. Parties, events, DJs, commercial or ticketed gatherings, outside attendees, day visitors and unregistered guests are prohibited. Total Property is not an event venue.
Include every approved pet in the reservation. The fee is $40 USD per pet per stay for all rentals, with no nightly multiplier. One pet is $40; two pets are $80; no pets means no pet fee. Check the pet count and fee in the final quote before paying.
