Three casitas and an upstairs Main Bedroom sit within one oceanfront property. Reserve one accommodation, Casitas 1 and 2 together, or Total Property. These are six booking options within the same property.
A partial-property reservation makes only your named accommodation private. Other rentals may be occupied by other guests, and the pool, main kitchen, refrigerator, parking and beach access may be shared. Only Total Property guarantees one vacation-rental guest group in the guest areas; the on-site caretaker remains in separate private quarters.

Total Property has a public standard capacity of 12 registered guests, including adults and children. Review its sleeping arrangements and access details before choosing your stay. Ask about a specific larger-group request with your dates and total guest count.
Ask about your groupQuiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day (local property time) and apply to Casita 1, Casita 2, Casita 3, Casitas 1 and 2, and Main Bedroom reservations because common areas may be shared. Keep noise low and respect other guests’ rest. Booking both casitas does not reserve the entire property.
Check-in is at 1 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. Only registered guests may enter. No day passes or outside visitors. Parties and events are prohibited. Total Property allows respectful ordinary celebrations and music among its registered group, with no fixed quiet hours; DJs and commercial or ticketed gatherings remain prohibited. Total Property is not an event venue.
A resident dog lives on the property. Include every approved pet in the reservation. The fee is $40 USD per pet per stay for all rentals, with no nightly multiplier. One pet is $40; two pets are $80; no pets means no pet fee. Check the pet count and fee in the final quote before paying.
