A beachfront pool, space to cook and six accommodation choices. Know which comforts belong to your rental, which areas may be shared and where hot water is available.
Understand the property before choosing
A partial booking makes only the named accommodation private. The pool, main kitchen and refrigerator, parking, beach access and common areas may be shared with guests in other rentals. Only Total Property guarantees one vacation-rental guest group in the guest accommodations and designated common areas. Yerlin remains in separate private caretaker quarters; those quarters and private service areas are excluded.
Compare sleeping areas, bathroom locations and climbing requirements before booking. Casita 3 has an exterior-entry private bathroom. The upstairs Main Bedroom has an open staircase, no separating door and no separate entrance. The casita showers have no hot water; shared hot-water access is in the Main Beach House ground-floor bathroom.
Open Property LayoutPool, kitchen and outdoor living
The guest facilities include the swimming pool, equipped main kitchen and full-size refrigerator, BBQ and dining areas, hammocks, outdoor seating and direct beach access. These common areas may be shared during partial bookings and are reserved for the registered group with Total Property. Beach access does not mean exclusive use of the public shoreline.
Food and drinks are not included. Use the filtered drinking-water tap in the main kitchen. The Beach House is lodging, not an included restaurant service. Nearby restaurants operate independently; confirm their current hours, menus, prices and payment methods.
A/C, bathrooms and hot water by rental
Casitas 1 and 2
Each has a downstairs double bed, a loft bunk with two twins, a private mini-fridge, Cable TV and a private bathroom without hot water. A/C is downstairs; the loft has fans and may be warmer. Loft access requires stairs or a ladder. Booking both casitas includes these two accommodations only.
Casita 3
The double bed is in a loft reached by stairs or a ladder. A/C and Cable TV are included. Its assigned private bathroom has an exterior entrance a few steps outside the sleeping room in the same building; the shower has no hot water.
Main Bedroom
The private upstairs area includes a king bed, full bathroom with hot-water shower, A/C, mini-fridge, 55-inch Cable TV and a private ocean-view balcony with hammock and seating. An open staircase leads up from the shared ground floor, without a separating door or separate entrance.
Exactly two hot-water showers
Both are in the Main Beach House: the ground-floor bathroom available to registered guests, and the Main Bedroom’s private bathroom available only with that accommodation or Total Property. All three casita private showers lack hot water. Total Property includes five guest bathrooms overall.

Everyday comforts and clear limits
Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels are included. Internet performance varies; a fixed speed or uninterrupted connection is not guaranteed. Cable TV is provided where described for each rental; no host streaming-account login is promised.
There are three gated parking spaces for the property, shared during partial bookings. Free street parking is unreserved; exact street-space count and oversized-vehicle fit are not guaranteed. Confirm vehicle count in advance.
There is no hot tub or Jacuzzi, guest washer/dryer access, or included laundry service. Beach essentials are subject to the current inventory; ask for the specific item you need.
Chef service and safety
Private chef Bianca from Surfin Pelican requires at least one day’s advance notice, subject to availability and a confirmed menu, time and price. Food, ingredients and chef service are not included in lodging.
The shoreline has rocks, waves, currents and changing tides. Children and non-swimmers need responsible adult supervision around the pool and ocean. A resident dog may be present outdoors. Cameras monitor outdoor common areas; none are inside bedrooms, casitas, bathrooms or other private indoor spaces.

Plan your stay
Ask about the rental, dates, bathrooms or access before paying. Include your full guest count and all approved pets. Include every approved pet in the reservation. The fee is $40 USD per pet per stay for all rentals, with no nightly multiplier. One pet is $40; two pets are $80; no pets means no pet fee. Check the pet count and fee in the final quote before paying.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. every day (local property time) and apply to Casita 1, Casita 2, Casita 3, Casitas 1 and 2, and Main Bedroom reservations because common areas may be shared. Keep noise low and respect other guests’ rest. Booking both casitas does not reserve the entire property. Total Property has no fixed quiet hours.
