Your layout, explained
Includes all four guest accommodations, their bathrooms, the main-floor bathroom, swimming pool, main kitchen and refrigerator, dining/BBQ areas, parking and common outdoor guest spaces. Only Total Property guarantees one vacation-rental guest group. Yerlin remains in separate private caretaker quarters; those quarters and private service areas are excluded.
Five bathrooms total: one assigned to each of the three casitas, one private bathroom for the Main Bedroom and one on the Main Beach House’s ground floor. Hot water is available in the two main-house showers only. All three casita showers have no hot water. Casita 3’s assigned bathroom has an exterior entrance a few steps outside its sleeping room.
All three casitas have loft sleeping accessed by stairs or a ladder. Casitas 1 and 2 have A/C downstairs and fans in their lofts, which may be warmer; Casita 3 has A/C. The Main Bedroom has A/C and is reached by an open staircase with no separating door or separate private entrance. Adults must assess climbing and balcony suitability for their group.
The public standard is 12 guests, including adults and children. Groups of 13–15 are accepted only on request, at $25 USD per additional guest above 12 per night, added to the live Total Property quote. Fifteen is the absolute maximum. This exception adds no fixed beds, cots, mattresses, sleeping areas or bathrooms.
All four guest accommodations are highlighted. Guest common areas are also included. Caretaker quarters and private service/storage spaces are excluded.
Beds, bathrooms and access
Six physical sleeping areas contain eight beds: one king in the Main Bedroom, three doubles across the casitas, and four twin beds arranged as two bunk beds in Casitas 1 and 2. Platform bedroom totals can classify lofts differently; this bed and sleeping-area description is controlling.

What is private and what may be shared
No other vacation-rental guest group shares the guest accommodations, pool, kitchen or common guest spaces during a Total Property reservation. The caretaker remains on site in separate private quarters. Beach access does not imply ownership or exclusive use of the public shoreline.
A look around the property
Comforts included
Private use for your registered group of the guest pool, equipped kitchen and full-size refrigerator, BBQ/dining and outdoor guest areas. Casitas 1 and 2 and the Main Bedroom include mini fridges. Gated parking accommodates up to three vehicles total.
Wi-Fi, Cable TV, fresh linens and towels are included. Use the equipped main kitchen and its filtered drinking-water tap; food and drinks are not included. Wi-Fi performance varies, and a host-supplied streaming-account login is not guaranteed. There is no hot tub, guest washer/dryer access or included laundry service.
Beach safety, access and parking
The shoreline directly in front has rocks, waves, currents and changing tides. Water shoes are recommended. Children and non-swimmers need responsible adult supervision around the pool and ocean; adults must assess loft and balcony suitability for their group. Do not assume step-free or accessible accommodation: ask about the actual access before booking.
Your registered Total Property group has exclusive use of the guest parking area, with three gated spaces total. Free, unreserved street parking is also available; street-space count and oversized-vehicle fit are not guaranteed. Confirm your vehicle count in advance. The airport drive is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Yerlin assists with arrival; this is not self-check-in.
Plan your stay
Check-in is at 1 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. Only registered guests may enter. No day passes or unregistered visitors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, never inside rooms, bathrooms or other indoor areas. A resident dog lives on the property. Include every approved pet in the reservation. The fee is $40 USD per pet per stay for all rentals, with no nightly multiplier. One pet is $40; two pets are $80; no pets means no pet fee. Check the pet count and fee in the final quote before paying.
Total Property has no fixed quiet-hours policy. Respectful ordinary celebrations and music are allowed among the registered group. Parties, events, DJs, commercial or ticketed gatherings, outside attendees, day visitors and unregistered guests are prohibited. Total Property is not an event venue.
Exterior cameras monitor outdoor common areas. There are no cameras inside bedrooms, casitas, bathrooms or other private indoor areas.
Choose dates for live availability, rates, cleaning and other fees, minimum stays and restrictions. Direct bookings require full payment and are non-cancellable and non-refundable after payment. Verify the rental, dates, guest count, disclosures, fees and final total before paying.
Early arrival or late departure requires availability and advance confirmation: $15 USD per extra hour for an individual unit, $20 for Total Property. Ask for the applicable quote for a combined-casita reservation. Private-chef service with Bianca from Surfin Pelican requires at least one day of advance notice and confirmation of availability, menu, timing and price. Food, ingredients and chef service are not included in lodging; there is no included on-site restaurant service.
