Know the shoreline before arriving
The Beach House has direct Pacific access. Rocks lie in front of the property, with changing waves, currents and tides. Water shoes are recommended. Supervise children and non-swimmers; assess the day’s conditions before entering the water.
Plan your route and arrival
Use the property location page and confirm your route before departure. Access from Managua is described as paved road; journey time depends on your starting point, traffic and conditions. Arrange assisted arrival from 1 p.m. and confirm your vehicle count.
Groceries and meals
The equipped main kitchen has a filtered drinking-water tap. Food and drinks are not included. Ask about current grocery and dining options near your travel dates; third-party opening times, menus and availability are not guaranteed. Chef service requires at least one day’s notice and confirmation of price and availability.
Choose your layout first
Compare beds, lofts, bathrooms and shared spaces. Casitas 1 and 2 each accommodate four; Casita 3 and the Main Bedroom each accommodate two; Casitas 1 and 2 together accommodate eight; Total Property has a standard capacity of 12. Confirm any access needs before booking.
