The Beach House brings together the main house and three casitas beside the shore. Choose a casita, Casitas 1 and 2 together, the Main Bedroom or Total Property according to your group and the layout that suits you.
Clarity is part of the welcome
Before booking, we explain which spaces are private, which may be shared, how the lofts are reached and where the bathrooms are. Only Total Property guarantees one vacation-rental guest group in the accommodations and common guest spaces. The caretaker remains in separate private quarters.
The real Pochomil shoreline
There is direct Pacific shoreline access, with rocks immediately in front and conditions that change with waves and tides. The public beach is not exclusive. Explore the layout and ask about any access needs before choosing.
